Breath Body Basics offers a space where we will gather to practice being in our bodies through meditation, breath work, and mindful movement. Relying on yogic breathing techniques and postures, the classes will draw from many styles of yoga - vinyasa, yin, kundalini, restorative - in order to guide the student into a deep felt experience of both effort and relaxation. Breath Body Basics is co-designed by Blair Lamb and Breanne Ward, who will alternate weeks as lead teacher. Come join us for whatever you may be needing from time on your mat. All levels welcome!

Through a combination of touch and periods of dialogue and reflection, we will work together to promote self-awareness of body and mind. Somatic therapy encourages you to discover the wisdom of your body and nurtures a sense of grounding, ease, and wholeness from within.
During a session, clients remain fully clothed and lay flat on a massage table. I will offer hands-on contact in a gentle and non-invasive way in areas of your body such as feet, shoulders, hips, and arms.
Please contact me to discuss scheduling of one or more sessions: email or call/text 215-278-9117. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental and nurturing space that welcomes queer and trans folks, people of color, and all bodies.
