It’s common for women to feel alone in their inner experiences. The circle offers a gentle and safe place to share stories, thoughts, ideas, and prayers whether these are in your body, mind, relationships, sexuality, health, food, addiction, religion, family, nature, or with emotions like anger. COVID SAFTEY PROTOCOL

The yogic principle of Ahimsa (non-harming) teaches us that it is our responsibility to care for others just as it is to care for ourselves. We trust the medical community that vaccination is the safe + responsible choice, not only to keep ourselves safe as individuals, but also to do our part in helping get the virus under control for our community.​ 

 

Therefore, facilitators of indoor activity will be required to be fully-vaccinated (2 weeks after the completion of your covid-19 vaccination), and we have implemented the following policies to keep our community as safe as possible.

Vaccines: In order to take any in-person classes safe, we request that only vaccinated folks enter the indoor class space. If you are not vaccinated you're absolutely welcome to practice with us virtually. We will be live-streaming as many classes as possible.

Masks: masks worn over the nose and mouth are required inside the space - free masks will be available in the front hallway

Other Measures:​

TRACING: We will have a class sign-in sheet and we will ask all attendees to please alert us at ahimsahousephilly@gmail.com if within 2 weeks of a visit you find out that you contracted COVID, so that we can alert other students who shared the space at that time.

AIR CIRCULATION: We have 9-ft ceilings and 6 windows in the space that allow for air flow and circulation.  Windows will be open if the temperature allows.

CAPACITY: We will be capping classes at 50% in person- 10 people per class, so there is plenty of space for social distancing.

DISTANCING: We ask that attendees space themselves in the space when attending.

DISINFECTING: facilitators will be using eco-human friendly disinfectants to clean all items used in classes
